What is a Nestoria DropIn Map?
Nestoria property lists are automatically updating lists of property that you can configure and embed in your website.

Here's an example for Soho, London:

Soho - property for sale
Nestoria - UK Property Search Engine

How do I get started?
It's easy (we promise). Do a search on Nestoria and find the exact listings you want to show on your website (limit your search by type or property and/or price and/or number of bedrooms).

On the search results page at the bottom you'll see a group of links entitled "Add Nestoria to your site"

Click on the "map" link, and you'll be taken to a page with the exact code to embed in your site.

Why should I put this on my website?
The main reason is that it is interesting content that provides a benefit to your users. For example if your website is about a certain area, it might be interesting for your users to see nearby properties.

Of course you might also do it because you're a hard core Nestoria fan. If that's the case, thanks, and we love you too.

Can I see an example?
Yes. Please have a look at this example page.

How does it work?
It's what the techies call an iframe. It allows you to put a window of content from one webpage (in this case Nestoria) onto another page (your website)

The results your users see are the same ones that appear on Nestoria, and they update automatically.

How much does it cost?
Nothing. Nestoria DropIn maps are free.

It's not exactly what I need. Can I change the size of the map? Can I turn on the local content pins by default?
Sure, have it your way. See the technical details to learn exactly how you can make it the size and shape you want, or turn on local content pins whenever you want.

Does Nestoria offer any other tools for webmasters?

I have some more questions.

This is all very nice, but I want more. Is there a way for me to access the Nestoria database directly?
