Estate Agents
Welcome to Nestoria.
Below are common questions we receive from estate agents and other
members of the property industry.
Can't find the answer to your questions? No worries, just send us
some feedback, and we'll do our best to get
back to you quickly.
Why should I list my data with Nestoria?
We provide owners of property listings with highly targeted
leads. That helps you sell or let your properties more quickly.
Isn't Nestoria competing with estate agents?
No. We don't sell properties, nor do we have any plans
to. Ever. We work hard to present internet users with a great property
search experience. We link directly to your website to provide you
with a steady stream of highly qualified sales leads. We have no
interest in becoming a destination site. We aren't owned by estate
agents.
How do I list my data with Nestoria?
Step one is filling out
our
feedback form. Get in touch with us and we'll do our best to make
it as easy as possible for you to start getting highly qualified leads
as quickly as we can.
Does it cost me money to list with Nestoria?
No. We will never charge a fee to be included in our listings.
How many leads will Nestoria generate for me? How much traffic will Nestoria generate for me?
It depends on how many listings you have, their quality, and where those listings are. Please get in touch with us (via our
feedback form) and we'll do our best to start
sending highly qualified leads directly to your website.
Does Nestoria only work with big agents?
No, whether you're a one person shop or a 1000 person
enterprise, we want to work with you. We are happy to work with
anyone looking for highly targeted property leads,
regardless of size or whomever else you list your properties with. To
get started please get in touch
via our online
form.
Does Nestoria require exclusivity?
No. We believe estate agents should be using every possible
source to get interested leads.
Does Nestoria accept "For Sale By Owner" (FSBO)
listings?
No. We believe agents and portals play
a valuable role in helping match buyers and sellers.
What services does Nestoria provide for me?
Nestoria helps potential buyers and renters find
properties. By being included in our index we give you the chance to
get your properties in front of a highly relevant audience. We then
send those users directly to your website where they can become your
customers.
How does Nestoria make money?
We
do not charge agents to be included in our database. We make
money through selling advertising opportunities. This can take many
different forms: cost per call, cost per email, cost per click..., and
are all related to value per lead. We only accept real estate
advertisers.
How did Nestoria get my content?
Like all search engines (for example Google, Yahoo, MSN), we have
software that gathers content from across the web. We index only
publicly available content, and then only enough so that we can help
searchers find exactly what their looking for. We also receive data
feeds from partners who wish to list their properties with us.
There is an error in one of my listings - who do I tell?
Thanks for letting us know. The easiest way to get in touch is via our
feedback form.
What does Nestoria do with my content?
Like all search engines, we index bits of information to
enable Nestoria users to have a great search experience. We clearly
mark your property listings as coming from you and then link directly
to your website. Your listings are your listings, not ours. Your listings
will also appear on partner sites like
Channel4Homes and
the Independent.
Does Nestoria also offer a commercial real estate service?
Right now we're focused on creating a great user experience in the residential market (sales and lettings).

Is it okay for me to add a Nestoria logo to my website to show potential sellers that their properties will be listed on Nestoria?
Does Nestoria offer tools to help me enhance my website?
