Really I need something with zero deposit because of the cost of van man on top of first months rent is basically equal. Will be for a highly respected 55 year old lady. Sweet kind and very clean and tidy, she's the bleach queen lol. Previously in hospitality. Landlady and chef, Now currently working from home part time. At the moment living out in the sticks where there is nothing, no shops nowhere to walk or anything to do and doesn't drive so is proving a negative life impact. So urgently looking to relocate to either Greenock or port Glasgow area, will consider Ayr and the three towns also where it's not far to walk to shops and town etc. would even consider paisley or similar town but being close to the coast would be very beneficial to as coastal walks are a hobbie. Please please let me know if you have anything. Thanks so much
