Hi, I am looking for a lodger for a annex space available at my home. It has its own entrance and includes a small double bed, small wardrobe and a desk space if required. There is a kitchenette with a hob, fridge and washer/drier machine. There is a small en-suite shower room. Water and council tax are included but electricity is on a prepaid meter which the lodger is responsible for. It would suit a single person. It has really good bus links just 1 minute away. Its the 5B which also runs to Falmer uni.
